Megan I have several emails from Dropbox. What is the subject of the email?
I have NOT paid for anything with dropbox, so I cannot create a ticket at billing. Why is this difficult to understand?

Hey kjsin1994, I checked again on my end, and it seems our email was caught in a spam filter.
I just re-sent you a brand new one. Would you mind checking again? The subject will be "Dropbox Community Support - Follow Up".
