It looks like an employee (we don't know if current or former) created a Dropbox account and used the company credit card to charge their subscription. No current employee seems to have a paid Dropbox account and we tried to search former employees accounts without success. The CC seems to keep being charged every year. Since we don't know which account is linked to the CC to cancel the billing, is there a way for Dropbox support to help me identify the account or cancel the subscription altogether?

You can use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account.
Hi Rich:
Thanks for your advise, but I don't have access to the transaction ID at the moment. Do you know if there is a different way to approach this issue?
Thanks,
Hi @hquinte, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
