Being charged even though I cancelled

My account is being charged even though it has been canceled, and no one will talk to me to figure out the issue. Is there a number or a way to get ahold of someone. The chatbots don't help.

    Could you please clarify what plan you're on at the moment and if you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with a different email address of yours perhaps?

     

    Also, when you first upgraded your account, was it through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device?
