All accounts show no billing history but I'm getting charged every month

I don't understand what's going on. I've been charged $12.78 since for months, but every email address I have shows that I have a free plan.

    According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

     

    Did you every upgrade to a trial or paid plan via the site or mobile app?

     

    This will help me to assist further!

      Dropbox. And I've checked every single email address with a Dropbox login. None of them show a paid subscription.

        If it shows Dropbox, do you have a transaction ID you can use on the card lookup tool to locate which account the payments are made to?
