"Reconnecting to the Internet...This may take a moment" in desktop app
Uninstalled and reinstalled the application...
Whitelisted everything as mentioned in this document: https://help.dropbox.com/security/official-domains
Still says: Reconnecting to the Internet...This may take a moment

Hi TechManager, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
What is the exact version of the Dropbox desktop application and the OS version you're running?
This will help me to assist further!

Having the same problem. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks. Sometimes restart fixes it, other times it will just hang for hours or even days with "Reconnecting to the internet...This may take a moment."

My desktop is running MacOS 12.7.4 and Dropbox 197.4.7629. However, this problem also occurs on my laptop, which is on an older version of MacOS (High Sierra, not sure of the actual version number).

The problem was resolved for a time but it's back. I've been using my computer for the past hour and Dropbox is still "reconnecting to the internet." Had to restart Dropbox to get it working.
