Player support requested for videos with embedded subtitles and subtitle font size adjustment
My company produces videos with embedded subtitles. The audio track is English. I create English subtitles and then translate them to different languages. I use the FFMPEG tool to embed these subtitles, tagged as "English", "Français" and "Español" and embedding them in the original video so only one file is required to bundle the audio, video, and three subtitle tracks (one AI-recognized from the English audio, and two translated from the English).
I am asking for a feature whereby Dropbox web viewer will allow the user to select from any available embedded sub tracks, alongside its automatic English AI subtitle generating feature, as I have already done this processing and more in the uploaded video.
I would like my client to be more easily browse the final product to judge whether or not it is acceptable.
At present, he must download the file from Dropbox and open it in the VLC viewer locally, which does provide access to embedded sub tracks
He also comments that your sub text on your web viewer is so small as to be distracting, and I would also request the ability to increase the font size for viewers who require this.
