Unable to login S Mode
Able to login ok via web but when opening in S Mode app cannot login due to reCAPTCHA, you enter username/password fine, then reCAPTCHA comes up, complete that as required but then after clicking verify it goes blank then reopens reCAPTCHA as though clicking login again so unable to get past this step, any help would be hugely appreciated!
I noticed the app was just updated, so I tried again.
I can now login successfully just with email and password and no reCAPTCHA window, blank or otherwise appears.
Thanks

Hey recrucial, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please send us a screenshot of where you get stuck so that we can have visual too?
Did you try rebooting your computer or relaunching the app since you first noticed this happen?
Any additional information will be much appreciated!

Hi Walter,
I have tried rebooting the computer, the app, unistalling and reinstalling etc. Please see attached!
It opens the box to do the CAPTCHA verfication but then as you click to it goes back to blank and then reloads again as in image 1.
Thanks.- WalterDropbox Staff
Thanks for the screenshots recrucial - much appreciated!
If you happen to have a firewall or antivirus running, could you pause them temporarily and try again?
Also, if you happen to be on the Basic plan, make sure that there are no more than 3 devices connected to your account as you might be hitting the device limit.
In any case, please let me know of any updates!

I've been using this app successfully for about a year. This morning it forced a login and then Captcha. The Captcha cycled continuously, never allowing access to my account. Please help.

I have the same issue with by Dropbox for S mode on my tablet.

I've had Dropbox for well over a year possibly 2... today I went to use the desktop app which looks like it's been upgraded and signed me out, but when I go to sign in (with my correct password info) I cannot get past the reCAPTCHA robot in the desktop app.. I can log in fine online..
The desktop app does it display anything more on this reCAPTCHA (normally I'm clicking stop lights or crosswalks)... and when I click the "I'm not a robot" it just reloads another ReCAPTCHA that looks the same (no images)
I already re-installed the app, still cannot get past this...- HannahDropbox Staff
Hey slappy, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
This looks like it might be the Dropbox for S mode and not the Dropbox desktop app.
Is the S mode version the Dropbox app you're using? Or do you have the Dropbox desktop app installed as well?
If so, are you able to access the Dropbox folder on your computer as normal?
If you prefer to use the S mode version, can you temporarily disable any security app you might have, like an antivirus/VPN/firewall, to see if that helps?
Keep me posted.

All you suggest have already been tried out. The problem is reported one week ago, and we are desperately in need of a solution.
