I am unable to login to my account with my email ID.
Hello,
I tried to log into my account and it does not recognize my email ID and asks me to create a new account.
Has my account been deleted? How do I find out?
All my files are on there, so I am very worried.
Please help.

I use it everyday. So most likely yesterday.

@Mark I have been using dropbox for years. All my files are on there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
