I deleted my Dropbox Fax Account by Accident

Our company has a Hellofax Account for faxing. I believe Dropbox bought Hellofax a few months back. A few weeks ago, I created a dropbox account. Because I used the same email address for the dropbox account as we use on the Hellofax account, it tied these 2 accounts together. Because of that, it all of the sudden started requiring an access code everytime on of our emnployees logged into the account to send a fax.

This was a bit of a pain and I liked how it was set-up before with Hellofax, where our employees were able to log-in without an access code.

To keep that from happning, I figured I would delete the Dropbox account I made. So I logged into drop box(not hellofax) and deleted my account. This deleted our ENTIRE FAX account too!! Now, we have no access to any of the incoming faxes or the documents we faxed out.

This is a huge issue for our company. I'm trying to find a way to get it fixed. It really seems like this is an oversight on dropbox's part. I never intended to link the dropbox account with our hellofax account, and definitely didn't intend to delete our faxes.

PLEASE HELP BEFORE I GET FIRED!!
