Changing email address
I have a spelling error in my email address that is associated with my DropBox account. This should be a simple fix but it won't allow me to edit my email address. Dropbox wants me to verify my email address (the wrong email with the spelling error) and of course I do not have access to verify the misspelt email address. How do I correct my email address? Why is this so difficult to figure out? Please help.

Simply put, you cant. You need to set up a new one I'm afraid

I upgraded to business and because of an error in the email address caused possibly by me, now I am stuck with an email address that cannot be corrected? There was no way to check it before submitting (which I usually do). My email address is on every client communication and on my website. I have been in business with the same email address for over 20 years and during that time I used Dropbox. After all that I cannot talk to a live human at DB?? This is urgent!! I did a CHAT with an agent for 2 hours yesterday and he gave me no reasonable alternatives. Again, this is urgent!! I thought they had live support for Business & up subscriptions (?)

Sorry to hear this, WilliamBartlett.
Do you mind sending over the ticket number from your convo to have a look?
Also, the typo that you mention, is it in the email name or your domain instead?
Keep me updated.
