Upgrade went to the wrong account
Hello! My Dropbox today was connected to the work computer. So my boss payed for the Dropbox Plus plan, as he thought that was for his Dropbox. We have called the bank and they had cancelled the paym...

You may wish to get your boss to contact Dropbox correctly - because if not he risks the charge being reinstated by the bank when its queried with Dropbox. As long as he legitimately gave Dropbox the bank info the charge is correct, change of mind does not constitute a reason for a card chargeback. It also risks all his account and data being permanently removed, without warning, and unrecoverably.
He will need to do it via the upgraded account at www.dropbox.com/support you cannot do it for him.
