Update payment info (new credit card) but there is no billing there.
I have a Plus plan with 2GB and Dropbox help says to click on my initials, select settings, and then select billing. When I select settings, THERE IS NO billing on the resultant page. Have looked eve...

This is the page you need:
If that page doesn't show a section with your billing details, go to your Plan page and see what plan it shows for that account.

Holy Crap!!!! I got to the PLAN page and I have a FREE account,. The Basic Account! I have been paying $120/ year to you for a FREE account of 2GB of storage and I'm using LESS than 4 GIGABITES. This is robbery, theft, misrepresentation of product sales. I need to talk to someone RIGHT NOW

That means you have set up two accounts. Log out of the free one and in to the one you are paying for: https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge
Dropbox cannot charge you for something unless you gave them the card info to do so.

Now I'm REALLY confused -- they are asking me to update my payment info, but the card I'm using doesn't expire until 9/25, over a year from now!
