We need more info here - why not? What is happening? What does it say etc.?

      Thanks for response,

I select change plan, then select Plus plan (instead of Pro which I want to downgrade) and on next screen when I click 'Confirm' I get a red error message at the top of the screen: "We were unable to make the change you requested. Please refresh the page to see your current plan and any previous scheduled changes."

I refresh and it gets me back to plan selection screen and again cannot downgrade to Plus.

P.S. I had almost 2.8/3 TB, but deleted about 1.3 TB, so now left with only about 1.5TB which should fit the Plus Plan.

How did you initially pay - was it via the website or via mobile?

Are you at the point of renewal? I dont believe you can downgrade mid term - so if you have 4 months left of Pro you need to wait until that is finished before you can downgrade
