Just to clarify, are you currently on a paid subscription via iTunes or has your Dropbox account been downgraded in the meantime and you’d like to pay directly via www.dropbox.com? What’s the plan you see on this page?

I have been paid with on a paid subscription via iTunes for some time.
Now this payment method is not available to me. Subscription has ended. And I can't pay. I see all the plans for the card payment, but when I enter the details, it tells me that this payment method is not available to me.

Hey Maria Timonova, what kind of plan is your account currently on?
Has it been downgraded back to the Basic free version?
