Have you also checked your spam/junk folder?
If you can't find anything there, have you checked to make sure you're looking at the correct Dropbox account?
You can always visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

I do not have any transactions as I have not signed up for anything. That is the whole purpose of this thread, trying to sign up with a promo and then being offered the regular price.

Hey kjsin1994, I have already sent an email to your comcast.net email address that is linked to this Dropbox Community profile.
As for why this is necessary: I'd like to send the case to the appropriate team in order for them to review it, and share more info than we can.
