Paid for Plus Plan but Account Didn't Upgrade

Hi there. I resubsribed for my plus plan through Google recently but my account is still not upgraded. I looked around trying to submit a direct ticket to support but there wasn't any either. Any advice?

    According to your bank statement, were you charged by Google Play?

     

    Is the email address on the Dropbox mobile app the same as the one you're logged into on the site now?

      Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I received messages that my account has been charged from both Google and my bank. And yes, this is the same email as my Dropbox account

      I am having the same issue and there is no direct way to contact support... Or a human. Please help. This is disrupting work flow for my business.

      I want an answer where my money is gone. Done the payment but not upgraded yet.
