Need to reduce licenses
What needs to be done to reduce the number of licenses that we are paying for?
- I am pretty sure you can only do this upon renewal of your contract to a minimum of 3 (it used to be 5).
You can alter the licences you need at the Admin dashboard: https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/dashboard - Entering a minus symbol and a number doesn’t work to show the 'Remove licenses' option?If this is the case, would it be okay to message you at the email address associated with your forum profile to assist further?

You can alter the licences you need at the Admin dashboard: https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/dashboard- JayDropbox StaffHi there, you can reduce licenses as Mark said to a minimum of 3 licenses, however the change will only appear on your account (and thus the reduced fee) when your account next renews, which is either in a month or year.If you can’t reduce your licenses and you did remove people in the past, check if those users were suspended instead of removed, as suspended users still take up a license.This also applies to pending invite to your team, so if any exist that you don’t want to join the team, just delete the invite from the admin console.Hope this information helps!

This did not help. It delets the person NOT the number of licenses on contract.
- PlcNew member | Level 2My account has 5 licenses with only 3 active. I want to reduce the account licenses to 3 but Dropbox says the account has a minimum of 5 and won’t allow the decrease. Please advise
