I cancelled my Dropbox Sign account, but I was charged, how can I get a refund?
Hi I have canceled the subscription but still billed today please assist and refund thank you.

Hi Lutf Ullah, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our Dropbox Sign support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
Make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox, and that you can access that inbox as well in your email.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
