How to confirm my trial is over?
I have a free basic account and signed up for a free trial period for essentials. I cancelled the trial and my account only shows the basic account. However, I am receiving emails telling me my essential trial will end 12/22 which I assume I will be charged at that time. When i went into my account to cancel the trial, it only shows the basic and essential is not showing. How do I make sure I am not charged? I can't talk to anyone nor confirm they don't have my financial account to charge. Thank you for your help
Hi Margaret B, welcome to our Community!
If you see Basic, that most likely means that the trial has been cancelled, and we won't proceed to charge you.
However, the downgrade would happen on the renewal date. Now, if you wish to make sure, then I suggest contacting our Support, team.
They should be able to have a deeper insight to account-specific info, and therefore guide you.
I hope this helps!
