Hi Henry c , thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Just for clarification, did you originally upgrade to a trial via the Dropbox mobile app, or via the Dropbox site directly?

Do you see any information about the trial on this page on your account? What plan are you currently on?

This will help me to assist further!

I signed in to a free trial with Dropbox on the 17th

I'm only a few days in.

I was unable to use it.

I want to cancel... there is no option on the app for me to cancel.

I went through all the information,
it says that I may have signed in through my Google account.
There is no account in Google Playstore.
And nowhere in the Play Store or my Google account does it give me an option
      TO CANCEL
      only
      TO REMOVE
      the subscription.
And the information in the Dropbox app says that removing the subscription does not cancel the payments...
      You have to CANCEL.
      Where do I cancel ?
I cannot cancel, please help me.

      ... Nobody to talk to.

It looks like I'm on BASIC.
      If I'm on Basic then...
      Is this a free trial?
Do I have to worry about being charged after 30 days?
I'm not sure if I've signed for a 30 day trial or just for the free basic service.

If it's showing basic, do I need to worry about being charged? After 30 days.

Can you be on basic and a free trial?
      "At the same time"
and then need to worry about being charged at the end of 30 days.
I'm finding no option to cancel so I'm hoping I'm just on basic and no free trial..

      Help me understand.

If you are on a Basic plan according to this page, then there is no trial, since that is the free plan.

Do you see any subscription changes (with an invoice and receipt) for a trial on this page on your account?

I received a response from one of the Dropbox community in my email,
but I can't figure out how to interact
    with you when you respond.
