Dropbox keeps trying to charge me and I have the free option. How the heck can I get ahold of support? This is absolutely ridiculous

I was just charged £199.00 for some Dropbox subscription I have no recollection of signing up for and am trying to contact Dropbox support via an email form, but nothing happens when I press the submit button. Really frustrating I would just like an email address to contact them with. Thanks

There isnt an email address - its all via the website.
If its not clicking try using a different browser, or, one in incognito mode.
What I would say, however, is if you did not give Dropbox your card info you need to speak to your card provider as your card has been cloned.

I have a paid account and have been attempting to contact chat support for OVER AN HOUR. This is a waste of my time. I am a paying customer with BASIC QUESTIONS and I can't get assistance. Why???

When I attempt to start a support chat, I cannot get past your chat bot, which tells me I need a paid subscription to access. WHICH I HAVE.
