Can't upgrade account. It won't allow me to verify the payment.
Please could someone from sales get in touch? I'm trying to purchase dropbox plus but the dropbox web site appears not to be contacting my bank. See attached screen shot - the popup appears where I should be able to verify my identity, but then nothing appears in the box. I've tried from two browsers, and have waited several minutes. Thank you.

Hi, I got the very same problem. Tried incognito mode and to buy a new plus plan (but the system wouldnt´t let me).

Thanks. It didn't work on other browswers, incognito mode, or other computers. I eventually got in touch with someone at dropbox via facebook messenger. They confirmed that dropbox are having trouble with their 3DS, the bank verification system. (But I'm still glad to hear from you too that it's not just me.) They are working on a solution... don't know how long it will take...
