Hi Everybody,
Our Engineering team recently implemented a fix for syncing issues that may have been responsible for Adobe apps crashing when online-only files are opened. This fix should apply automatically, and if not, it will apply when you restart Dropbox.
Please try it again and let me know if the problem persists. I'll pass on that information to our Engineering team. Thanks!

Hey AL ARABY, thanks for reaching out to us.
Were you previously able to open online-only (cloud icon) files without making them available offline first?
If you now manually make all the files available offline first, before you open them through InDesign, does it help?
Keep me posted.

Dropbox, PLEASE rollback the latest update. Since we dont have the option to turnoff updates, it is incumbent on dropbox to roll it back until you have fixed the current version.
