I'm getting the same error on my PC. Any suggestions for how to fix it? I was out of town for a week and came back to this, so I don't know what changed. I do believe there was a Windows update on Jan 11 which may have caused it. I'm running Windows 7. I have the error log that was generated if that helps.

I am having the same issue - though I am using the latest Big Sur - Dropbox was working just fine on my iMac and then after returning from a short vacation, the application refused to boot citing permissions error. Not sure what has changed, but I tried allowing permissions to "full drive access" and in accessibility and nothing changes. It still won't start.
Any other ideas?
Many thanks,
Daniel
