Mac Ventura 13.4 Recent Folder Issue
I recently upgraded to Ventura on my iMac. Drop Box is v176.4.5108, Folders are set to Local.
If I open the > Finder > Recent and then open Dropbox files they show up in the Recent Folder. However, as soon as I restart the computer, all the entries in the Recent Folder disappear.
If I don't open the Recent Folder before opening Dropbox files, then nothing shows up when I do open the Recent Folder. Once the Recent Folder is open, any new files that are opened show up, but then they disappear again on restart.
Through many hours of playing around, I have discovered that if Dropbox is disabled, files that are opened locally show up in the Recent Folder and stay there after restart.
Any suggestions on How I can fix this issue please?
Could you try these steps to re-index Spotlight to see if this helps?

Hi Jay,
Thanks for the response. Good question! I tried it again. Files opened that are located in the Document Folder show up in the Recent Folder after a restart, but the files that were opened in Dropbox disappeared.

Are the files in the Dropbox folder marked as available offline, available, or online-only?
