sync online only to free up space AFTER disk is full
If changing to online-only AFTER a drive is full, will dropbox move files from local drive to online so that free space increases?
Thanks.
This helped identify the problem.
Files deleted. Problem solved.

I have the same problem.
I want some folders to be online only (to free up space on my computer's disc).
I go to Windows Explorer;
I open the dropbox folder;
I select the folder I want to put online only;
Right-click on the folder;
I don't have the "make online only" option- WalterDropbox Staff
Hey ppeixoto, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please let us know the desktop app's exact status and version as shown in your system tray at the moment?
Is it 'up to date' or still syncing perhaps?
Can you also send us a screenshot of the options you get when you right click on your files or folders inside your Dropbox folder?

Once I log in, where do I look to have it backup online only?

Hi ppeixoto, the folders with the grey cloud icon are already online-only. Could you try marking the other folders with a green tick as online-only?
Could you also check and delete the Dropbox cache folder if it's there?
