I'm still unable to share my files, even though 24h have passed.
Hello,
I believe I got banned for trying to share a link with contained a malware, as per dropbox. The was not really infected nor had a malware, but based on the articled I have read, I understood this is a 24h ban. This timeframe has passed, but I still cannot share anything from my dropbox and it gives an error as something went wrong.
It also says it's something from Dropbox side, but the issue is that this is getting frustrated and cannot use this service anymore.
Can someone assist me on this?

The Vault is accessible through our website and the mobile app for now. We did add an entry point to the desktop app as well, but this should take you to the website to access the Vault.
Could you navigate your account online and try to access your Vault from there?
