Files and Folders not showing on PC
When on my PC, a large amount of my folders/files show. However, there are some that do not appear on my PC. How can I make those folders show on the PC?
- Hey there, welcome to the forums! There’s two possibilities for what you’re experiencing. Since you’ve mentioned that some are not on your PC, this means they’re visible either on the site or another device. Therefore, the two reasons for this are:
- Selective sync - the files you want to view are in a folder that has been selectively ‘unsynced’, so they won’t appear on the computer
- Invalid characters - if the files were created on a Mac, they can create files that Windows cannot read.
