Dropbox not support 4K video?
if I upload my 4K video by IPhone 12 pro to dropbox, the video quantity is low, ask for help, please~~
Basic users can preview videos up to 1080p (HD), while paid users can preview videos up to 2160p (4K). You can find more information here in our Help Centre article here.

Hey Jay,
My client has the same issue that I have been trying to figure out. When they use the Dropbox App to upload a view they took on their iPhone 12. The video plays but it's distorted and is mostly it's a white screen with the sound working. When they try to download the video to Facebook from dropbox it's the same thing, distorted and white screen. I'm assuming this is a 4k Video issue with Dropbox?
