All my files have a blue circle and white arrow icon on them
I set up a trial Dropbox business account today to get my design files off of icloud. I moved multiple files, however all of the files are showing as locked with a blue circle and white arrow. I cannot seem to even move them back to icloud if I want to. The access is admin is showing as available to everyone. How do I get these files unlocked, this has turned into a huge headache.

That's not what that icon means. A blue circle with white arrows indicates that a file is still syncing. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're actually seeing?
