My photos on my account are gone, please help me find them

All my Photos are gone. Are so scared now that I cant get them back. Help please. Why are they gone.

    I understand your concern over your missing files, let's see if we can locate them together.

     

    First of all, could you check the events page to see if there's any history on these files being moved anywhere? 

     

    Could you also check the shared folders page, in case they were in a shared folder, and the deleted files page to see if they can be recovered.

     

    This will help me to assist further!

    My dropbox is totalt empty. And it looks different. Its like the box is new and I login for the firs time. Excuse me for my english.

      Thanks for the info. When was the last time you accessed your Dropbox account before now?

       

      Are you certain that this is the only email address you've used to login to Dropbox in the past?

        It is the correct E-mail adress. I am pretty sure that I logde in july 2024
