Can I restore my files from a stolen/lost device?

hi all , 

can i fet my files from stolen or missed device (desktop) when I upgrade my subscription plan from basic.

    Even if your device was stolen or lost, your files should still be available in your account on dropbox.com.

     

    You can take a look here, to see if you can locate them.

     

    Are you perhaps trying to remove the files from that computer, after you've disconnected it from your account?

     

    If so, I'm afraid upgrading won't allow you to do this retroactively.

    My laptop was broken and I want to get my files from it , I was on Dropbox basic plan and the capacity was full can I retrieve the missed files due to full storage from my laptop if I upgrade my box to premium?

      If your account was full then syncing would have stopped, which means Dropbox wouldn't have all of your files. It will only have the file that synced before your account was full. All of those files will be available in your account. If you don't see a file in your account, then Dropbox doesn't have it and can't recover it.
