Hi CoachMu, you should have a camera-like icon, that'll allow you to attach any screenshots back to me, here in the Community.
Also, can you clarify the version of the OS you're using on your iPhone, and the version of the Dropbox app?
If I were you, I'd also try to use the browser on my phone, and download from there, just to check if the same thing happens then.

Jay,
Good morning! Thanks for your reply. On my iPhone, the media audio and video work normally. When I import the file into PowerDirector, the audio gets garbled and slows down. I pull media from Dropbox all the time and only a small number of files (all from the same recording session) are this way.

Sorry to jump in here, CoachMu.
Do you see the same behavior, when you download these files from dropbox.com using a computer?
- CoachMu2 years agoExplorer | Level 3I only have the video editing app on my iPhone; I’ve been creating videos for years that way. I can try downloading it that way and see what happens. Thank you for your response!

No problem! Do keep us updated on what happens, please.
Thanks!
- CoachMu2 years agoExplorer | Level 3I attempted to download files onto my PC with mixed results. Some worked and others failed. Wondering if the files are corrupted.

Hi CoachMu, just to clarify: you mentioned mixed results.
Did they fail when you tried to preview them locally on your computer, or when you imported them using a third-party app? Also, the ones that failed still preview without an issue online, right?
- CoachMu2 years agoExplorer | Level 3Good morning Megan! When I am using a desktop, the video thumbnail appears normally. When I attempt to download it, I don’t get a specific ‘save’ option. I have shared it to my desktop and selected ’open’ as well. Both options have the same result: black screen and no video. I did get a download error this AM when attempting to play the video.
When I use my iPhone, the video downloads and is garbled at some point in the video.
I took screenshots; not sure how to upload them in the discussion.
