Send For Signature missing from Context Menu - Reviving this topic.
This used to be such a useful feature. It is now a source of frustration. The 'View on Dropbox.com..' is much clunkier and far more time consuming. It worked perfectly well before. I do like that it gives me the option of what folder to put it into. I dislike that it now requires an extra screen to load before being able to place signable fields on the document. I saved two signatures on iPad and these are not appearing on my other devices. Are saved signatures supported to sync between devices or I have to create signatures in every device I want to use to sign my PDF documents?
How can I cancel and get a refund for Dropbox Sign?
Hello in 9/2024 I made a dropbox Sign account so I could get my roomates to sign an agreement easier on a pdf. It wasn't the only way but this was the fastest way and I believe there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for. I could've sworn that I canceled this subscription but apparently I didn't and that's on me I guess.... When reviewing my taxes and credit expenses for the past year I came across 119.88 dollar charge in 10/2024. I was wondering if it was possible to get it refunded as I only made 3 or 4 signature requests during that one month. Pretty disappointed by this page Contact Dropbox support - Dropbox and I have no idea who to contact to pursue this. Anyone got any advice for me?
Getting a warning triangle when sending out documents for signature on Dropbox Sign
Hi, When we attempt to issue out documents for signature, we receive a triangle error message and documents are not being sent. Please see attached screenshot to see what message shows up. We have tried sending documents to multiple different email accounts but none are working.Please could you assist us on solving this issue?Is it possible to create a doc that can be signed more than one employee?
Heya, I want to create a document for logging that will track some logs of our employees and we would want all the signatures to be on one document. Basically, when someone gets checked we send the doc to them for signature. After they are done, we want to use the same one (with the first employee signature there) to employee 2 who can sign in when they have been checked too. Now, i know there is an option in dropbox to do something similar but for that you need to know all the details of the people who need to sign so the doc will be shared with them once person 1 has signed it. However, we cant use that as we mostly pass this document when someone new joins the company. Which means if person 1 signs, it might be a week or a month before person 2 needs to sign (as that is when they join us). Is there a way to do so? Keep the same doc someone has signed for me to pass to the next person whenever they join or are needed to sign?
Issue with accessing templates in Dropbox Sign
While using Dropbox Signatures to prepare a template form for a client to sign this morning, I suddenly became unable to access my templates with the following error message displayed: "Couldn’t retrieve templates. Reload the page to try again." Why did this happen? Is there a way around it? Is it just some of kind of coding glitch, or is this a plan-related limitation that will require me to upgrade? Note that I have only sent out a form to sign once over the past few months.
