Hi team, Having major problems downloading files from my dropbox. It says there is an error with my download no matter which account I am logged into online, or which file it is. I have tried incognito mode, cleared cache, tried different browsers and nothing works. ThanksSolved893Views0likes4CommentsCan't Download Shared File
I'm trying to download a large file from Dropbox that someone shared with me, but instead of seeing a 'download' option, I get this message... "Your account is out of storage!" Here's the problem – I don't WANT this massive file in my Dropbox account – I just want to download it. It *looks* like Drobox is shaking me down for money in order to access the file that's been legitimately shared with me, but I'm holding out hope that that's not the case. Open to ideas on how to get this fixed. Thanks.12Views0likes1CommentZip file can not decompress Mac OS X
Hello DB. I have now, on multiple occasions, had clients write me that when they download a folder I sent them, the resulting .zip file will provide an error when decompressed. I have myself recreated this on a Macbook Air M2 on OS X Monterey and Big Sur. The downloaded zip file has the correct size, but is corrupt. Hello everyone I am new to Dropbox. I have the free trial. I am trying to download all my photos from various phones into Dropbox. Then I am going to transfer them onto an external hard drive. I have just downloaded Dropbox onto my PC and the photos all have clouds next to them. How do I download them so I am able to transfer them. I have thousands so doing this as multiples would be better TIA.66Views0likes1CommentWhat is the best way to download 50,000 images from my Camera Uploads folder?
Hi, I am slowly downloading the contents of my Dropbox (approx 600GB) to an SSD drive from the website. I do not have the folders synced to my computer as they'd fill it. The last job I have to do is to download the contents of my Camera Uploads folder. I can't find a way to see exactly how many photos/images there are, but I estimate 50k+ based on what I've transferred from my phone over the years. I've attempted and given up on this task a few times. It seems the 'easiest' way to do it is to move the photos into new folders in chunks – seems 1000 at a time is the maximum. I can't see a way to keep track of what's been downloaded without separating them into folders like this first. Factoring time to then download to my computer, unzip the file and then upload to the SSD this is going to take a very long time. Does anyone have any suggestions for any better and/or easier ways to achieve such a large transfer of images? Thanks very much, Emma94Views0likes1CommentI can't see my files, even though I upgraded.
Hello, I added several files yesterday on my new dropbox account. I had a message alerting me that Ive reached my basic capacity. I therefore paid to upgrade to a higher capacity but I still cannot see some pictures. How can I solve this problem please ? Many thanks ! Hi Dropbox Support Team, I am currently facing an issue with my Dropbox account. I initially purchased the Dropbox Plus 2TB subscription, which I paid for in full. Later, I tried a free trial of the Dropbox Teams/Business Account, but that trial has now expired. Since then, I keep getting prompts to provide billing information to maintain access to my files. All I want to do is cancel the Teams/Business subscription and revert back to my original Dropbox Plus plan, which I've already paid for. However, when I attempt to cancel the Teams plan, it warns me that all my files will be deleted. This is extremely concerning. I’ve tried resolving this on my own, but the support options are not helpful, and I’m struggling to find a solution. Can someone please assist me with removing the Teams account and reinstating my Dropbox Plus subscription without losing any of my files?Solved72Views0likes1Comment
