How can I downgrade to my old Plus account?

Hi Dropbox Support Team,

I am currently facing an issue with my Dropbox account. I initially purchased the Dropbox Plus 2TB subscription, which I paid for in full.

Later, I tried a free trial of the Dropbox Teams/Business Account, but that trial has now expired. Since then, I keep getting prompts to provide billing information to maintain access to my files.

All I want to do is cancel the Teams/Business subscription and revert back to my original Dropbox Plus plan, which I've already paid for. However, when I attempt to cancel the Teams plan, it warns me that all my files will be deleted. This is extremely concerning.

I’ve tried resolving this on my own, but the support options are not helpful, and I’m struggling to find a solution.

Can someone please assist me with removing the Teams account and reinstating my Dropbox Plus subscription without losing any of my files?
