PSD File exists but won't open, and has an iCloud error
My PSD file will not open. Says "iCloud files can't currently be previewed" I want to download and open in Photoshop.
I have a full folder of files that register with full file information like size, date created, etc. One PSD file shows and extra extension.
Why are these files listed with iCloud? How to I find them and download them? Can Dropbox access them for me? How do I find them?
How did this happen? Did I down load to iCloud? How do I find the right iCloud? Thanks you - Isobel

Hi davisobel, thanks for messaging the Community!
It looks like the size on disk is 4 KB, meaning the file is marked as online-only.
Could you try marking it as available offline and then try opening it again?
