Need to receive message to change password in the secondary address
Hi Users! I'm Chiara, a new entry in the community. I need your help to understand how I can receive the e-mail message to change the password of my account in the secondary address, instead of in the first one, because in the primary one the message doesn't arrive, I don't know why.
I've just made my new Plus account and I'm not able to use it. Thank you very much to all of you and have a nice time!

Hey chiara p, sorry to see you're having this issue.
Have you checked your spam folder and added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts, to see if that helps?

Hi Hannah, thank you for your answer.
Yes, I already did it, but it doesn't work. I receive all other messages from dropbox, only the one to change password I don't receive.
What can I do. I need to use my account. 😞
