Hi
Our club has a DropBox account. We know the login and the password. However, we cannot login because a 6 digit code keeps being sent to the email address. The person at that email address does not receive the number.
All the help topics say to login and go to setting. However, we cannot login.
Can anyone help me please?

I just replied back via email a few seconds ago. Whenever you get the chance, have a look at your inbox and we'll take it from there.

Hey @judymurphy, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
May I ask if the owner of the email address that's associated with the Dropbox account in question has checked their email's junk/spam folder as well?
If they did and still can't find the email with the code, you can reach out to our support team for further assistance through this form.
Just make sure to use an incognito window and fill out all the relevant information.
If you end up doing this and get a ticket ID from our system, feel free to share it with us here so that we can look it up in our stem as well.

Hey @judymurphy, if with Walter's link you're taken to the https://www.dropbox.com/support page, you should be able to scroll down a bit on that page and then click on "can't sign in?", to be able to submit the help request form.
Just make sure you're not signed in to any Dropbox account, when opening this page.

Sorry, there is still no form to contact support.
1. I was not logged in to any drop box account at the time
2. I clicked on 'I can't log in'
3 There is no hyperlink on "Still can’t sign in? Contact support.'
So I am still at a loss.
