Hi everybody, 
this morning I purchased Dropbox Plus, I have the purchase confirmation email with the transaction ID, but my account has not been updated and assigns
me the Dropbox Basic profile. What can I do? Thank you

HI there @btorti - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Could you clarify if you upgraded through the website directly or if you did through the app store on a mobile device?

 

Is the email address that you received the purchase confirmation the exact same as the one you see on your account's settings online?
