Upgraded and paid but not in my account
I upgraded my account to a Plus account. I used the Dropbox website and paid directly for a full year, but my account hasn't been upgraded. I also haven't received a confirmation e-mail. What to do?

Hi Anouk1! Welcome to our forum.
Were you logged in to this Dropbox account, when you upgraded via www.dropbox.com? If yes, did you see any errors at all during the process?
Finally, if you check your bank statement, do you see a completed transaction for Dropbox, or is it perhaps in pending state still?
