Seeking help for pending Dropbox subscription refund.

Dear Dropbox Community,
 
I hope this post finds you well. I'm facing a rather frustrating situation regarding a subscription fee on Dropbox.
 
Two months ago, I discovered an unexpected subscription charge and immediately initiated a refund request. However, it's been two months now, and the refund process is still showing as 'pending'. I have been patiently waiting, but the delay is causing me significant inconvenience.
 
I'm reaching out to this wonderful community to seek any advice or suggestions on how I can successfully complete this refund process. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and found a solution? Any input or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear @Megan ,

 

I'm glad to inform you that I checked my credit card records and found that the refund amount was credited the day after I initiated the refund.

 

So, the money issue is resolved. It seems that the pending status shown in Dropbox's refund process is not accurate.

Hey @aa_honor, I hope you're doing well!

 

In general it takes 3 to 5 business days for a refund to be processed by payment vendors. If the refund has indeed been applied on our end, then you might need to contact your bank.

 

Have you tried talking to your payment vendor, and asking about this at all? 

 

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
