I need to cancel my Essentials trial, but my account shows as Basic.

I need to cancel my Essentials trial, but my account shows as Basic.

I keep receiving emails I am about to be charged because my Essentials trial is ending September 16th but in account settings it says I have a Basic free account!!! I am elderly on fixed income. I cannot be charged. I don't want to use this product anymore it was just one for thing.  I can't remove my credit card.  There is no option to cancel trial in settings. I tried accessing the chat bot in incognito mode but that didn't work, I wasn't charged yet and don't want to enter my credit card details again (dropbox already knows them!). DROPBOX STAFF PLEASE RESPOND. I don't have access to customer service email or phone.

The emails that you keep receiving, are they sent to the email address you see here or a different one? 

 

If it's the same email address indeed and you follow these steps, do you see an option to cancel your trial and nothing shows still?

 

Let me know and we'll go from there.
