I keep getting charged - how can I cancel the payments?

Hi, I'm desperately trying to close-delete- unsubscribe from Dropbox-its getting me from one webpage to another....Useless!  Need an email address to contact Dropbox with details- can't find any! Dropbox keeps charging me - and I just want to stop it- unsubscribe- NOW.

Help! [removed per the Dropbox Community Guidelines]

Hey @ferrydesign, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community and sorry to hear about your experience.

 

Is it possible that you're not signed in to the account that's upgraded? What plan do you see on this page?

 

If you're signed in to a different account, you can use our payment lookup tool to find out the email address associated with the payments, so you can sign in and cancel the subscription.
