I got an error while upgrading, but the money has been taken out of my account
I literally just upgraded from basic to a plus account because I cant access a shared file I need. Bought it and it said error, restored purchases still get a error....Literally JUST bought this subs...

Do you see any receipts or money withdrawn from your bank? If so, do you also see a transaction ID that you can possibly use, in order to locate where this charge is coming from?

- GeeGee83 years agoExplorer | Level 4Thank you so much for your help, my bank account was billed through my Apple ID account on May 16, I am wondering if the problem is occurring because this Apple email is different from my the Dropbox email that I purchased the upgrade for. I have submitted a request to Apple for a refund and I am waiting 48 hours for a response, hopefully they can help too!

If a refund is what you're looking for, Apple will definitely help with that.
If you wish to have the subscription, though, you can open your Dropbox app, go to 'account', tap on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchases', to see if that helps.
