cannot upgrade my account (409 error)
I have just paid for the plus subscription (in the app) but nothing has changed. Under my Apple subscriptions, it says I have the account. Hey Vitalia, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you check if there's a pending update for your device's OS and the mobile app's version too?
If so, make sure to install them and try restoring your purchase again.
In case you're still getting an error, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual as well.
Thanks so much!

In that case, I'd suggest that you follow these steps to contact Apple regarding a refund since we are unable to provide refunds directly for iOS in-app purchases.
I hope this helps!
