How to cancel my plan?
Hi Dropbox team,
I would like to cancel my annual subscription as I no longer use Dropbox.
How do i remove my payment gateway information in order to avoid auto-renewal next year?
Thanks.

Hi A Angeline, let's jump right into this!
First thing to check is if you upgraded directly through Dropbox or iTunes/Google Play? Also, do you use an individual plan?
In any case, if you're directly subscribed to Dropbox, feel free to have a look at this Help Center article, and let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks a bunch!

Hi Megan,
I can't locate / see PLAN in the Settings tab. Where should I be looking 😞
Thanks.

Hi A Angeline, your plan page should be right here.
Is it possible that you're checking on the desktop or mobile app, that's why you're not able to locate it?
You can access the link by visiting your account online, then click on your initials/avatar on the top right part, then Settings and then Plan.

Hi Megan
It should be an individual plan. And subscribed via desktop.
I just want to find out where to remove my credit card details.
Thanks.

Hi A Angeline, does the page come up with any errors when you're trying to access your plan page?
What do you see there? If you have any screenshots, feel free to send them over in order for me to have a visual too.
