    Hi A Angeline, let's jump right into this! 

     

    First thing to check is if you upgraded directly through Dropbox or iTunes/Google Play? Also, do you use an individual plan?

      I can't locate / see PLAN in the Settings tab. Where should I be looking 😞

        Hi A Angeline, your plan page should be right here

         

        Is it possible that you're checking on the desktop or mobile app, that's why you're not able to locate it? 

         

        You can access the link by visiting your account online, then click on your initials/avatar on the top right part, then Settings and then Plan

      It should be an individual plan. And subscribed via desktop. 

       

      I just want to find out where to remove my credit card details.
