How to cancel my plan?
Hi Dropbox team,
I would like to cancel my annual subscription as I no longer use Dropbox.
How do i remove my payment gateway information in order to avoid auto-renewal next year?

Interesting, A Angeline, thanks for the screenshot!
Can you also use a different browser, in order to see if you'll get the same results there, please?

Hi Megan
This is so strange, it was fine when I opened Dropbox on Microsoft Edge but when I tried to open it on Google Chrome, the system prompted that the email / password was invalid.
😞
Is there any other way I can just remove my credit card details without having to cancel the plan? Actually my plan just auto-renewed in July. That's why I want to remove my credit card details before it auto-renews in 2024. Perhaps that could be the easiest solution.
I know you're trying to help but let's not waste more time on this.
Thanks.

Hi A Angeline, when you cancel the plan, you essentially "ask the system" to remove your billing details on the next renewal, so that the plan can downgrade then.
If you wish, I can send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look, and see how I can help on my end. Let me know!

Hi again Megan
Yes, can you please send me an email to do this.
Can's seem to be able to locate the option of asking the system to remove my billing details.
No tabs/ buttons for me to select on my screen (as shown to you).
This is taking so much of our time.
Can you please email me to let me know how to close this case? I don't want to risk this plan "auto- renewing" next year.
Believe my email is visible to your admin/ backend system.
Thanks for your help.
