Having SO MUCH trouble getting into my paid account.
We are an organization that has been paying for our subscription for years. I am not sure at what level we are, but I do have the PayPal transactions. Because we are board driven, we change out from time to time. It has been a few years since we have used DropBox. This year our new board would like to utilize it. The problem is that we don't know who the admin is, and most of us can't get into it. I would like to know if there is way to find out who the admin is, what access is granted to whom, and how we can reestablish new passwords. It has been a nightmare going through their AI. And then I was linked to a site, that I thought was them, and was told to pay $1 to talk to a human. UGH! Nightmare!
What exactly are we paying for? How do we access it? And who do we talk to to find any information? That is my inquiry!
As far as selecting a category and label, I could choose many of these.

Firstly, Dropbox doesnt have incoming phone support so that one was a scam/hacker. It was not Dropbox.
Unless you are paying vast sums of money for Dropbox you wont have an admin. It sounds like everybody has individual Dropbox accounts - i.e. they set up and invoiced it on their own even if they use your organisation PayPal.
You need to ask who last used it for the email and password and change it to who had it. You can also look up the charge via https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge
Note that nobody can change the account to yours bar them (unless you are a Business account paying for multiple licences at one time - which is about $900pa).
